Initial exploratory discussions are of course on a no-obligation basis, and typically includes a presentation of TSLs services to the client, and a quick look at the strengths and weaknesses of the current development environment.
After that, TSL propose a number of work packages which are discussed and agreed with the client. Subsequent services are normally based on Consultancy Work Packages and delivery of Training Workshops.
Typical contract:
Assessment Investigation - Working closely with the stakeholders, TSL conduct an initial investigation into existing processes, documentation, and dynamics of the company. The objective is to quantify current performance, and to identify areas which are opportunities for improvement.
This Work Package concludes with a summary report and a Client Project Proposal summarising TSLs recommendations.
Client Project - Projects are unique to the client, and typically consist of a number of work packages.
After discussion with the client, a Project Plan is developed with regular review points throughout. Typical services include.
- Creation / Introduction of Integrated NPD Process
- Standardised documention - customised to the clients business
- Training Workshops
- Facilitation, Mentoring and Coaching (Basic and advanced)
- Engineering / Project Management
- Creation and/or Development of Engineering Team / Departments including procedures / documentation
Additional Services - Engineering and Project Management, Team Development, Technical Leadership and Problem Solving can also be can be provided by seperate arrangement
